Work environment is good management is great and many things to learn in wipro

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to other MNC appraisal is not up to the mark and it takes time to get appraised after approval as well

Likes

You will get a mixed bag of experience if you are on a client location to learn about the client process additionally to understand the Wipro working and understanding how to deal with the client and its customer.

Dislikes

The salary is sub-par considering the market for the same skill set. The yearly hike is less than the inflation rate. Management will create hurdles if client recognize your skills and want to take you on its own payroll.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huqe cafeteria and gaming arcade good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before

Trainings and medical reimbursement facility.

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

Dislikes

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.
