Dislikes

The list is long but these are currently top of my head: 1. Low salary package comparing to job responsibilities expected from you. 2. Long working hours daily, I have worked countless weekends with no overtime pay. 3. No job security, if you don't have a project, you will be asked to leave. Managers are expected to create pipelines but they will put that responsibility on you. 4. Managers don't care of your career growth, because they are busy building their career and working hard to save their job. 5. Increments are like negligible, it's better you open your stall, you will make more profits. All policies are employer friendly, if you have options please don't consider this company.

Likes

Job security. Even if your project is ended they will put you on bench with some paid time to search for project within wipro or opportunities outside wipro.

Dislikes

No diwali gifts, no parties, no increment and a lot of politics in some project. TL and business analyst are taking free salary in some projects. Diverting all their works on other team members and missing requirement in business analysis.

Likes

The work life balance is good. You will be easily handle the work and get time for other things as well. Managers are good and supportive but the HRs as usual the worst.

Dislikes

No promotions and salary hikes. After working hard for years you won't get a nice package.

Dislikes

Poor package, dishonest brainless leaders who just know to pass on the work and blame on others. Appraisal is just a word nothing more. Internal tools are outdated. I joined and left within few months and paid back the joining also as my career was getting destroyed by filthy politics and pathetic work life balance. None of the leaders D1 and above like to take responsibility and have courage to stand up for their juniors. They just want to save their job.

Everyone is treated equally and respectfully which shows a great culture Job security is there as we have not seen anyone kicked out of company but the company might create circumstances where you leave on your own, by not promoting or not providing appraisal. Hybrid work culture is good anyone below manager level needs to come to office for 2 days in a week which really helps.

Dislikes

...t ileven if you are a top performer you would get nothing more than a 8 percent. Quarterly variable pay which is a component of your CTC is linked directly to company's performance if the company perform poorly in a quarter you will lose your variable pay Promotions are close to nil, i have seen associates working on same level for 3 years.
