Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

As far as I have seen in Wipro if you can obey the policy and work properly within the schedule your job is fixed. Full AC rooms, Coffee machine, both way cabs facility either pickup or drop. Annual Leaves, PF and sick leave provided.

..., impacting my health for its mostly night shifts. Only 5 sick leaves in a year. No increment in salary within two years. There are chances of promotion due to bad management and politics. No training was given to joining associate level for skill enhancement regarding promotions. Management targets employees who speak for their rights and do constant monitoring to send warnings. 3 repetitive warnings and you are out of wipro permanently.

We havr lot of chances to build a Skill learning why apps and training but project manager will not help they will say to do work work work

Campare to other company they are giving high salary that is huge differences

Salary is a perk if you are in right process.

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

No work pressure nothing wipro is the best company but hikes are little bit difficult,but when you tried for positions in the process then it will definitely helpful for your future growth

Need to increase salary for freshers minimum up to 3.2lp it will helpful for their future because when ever experienced persons when to interview they are asking what is your previous salary based upon that only they are giving the salary for eg: if it is 2lp then they are offering up to only 30% hike
