Very Good learning curve for Entry level or freshers. Salary and other benefits are very good but see dislikes.

For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can not complaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue.

On site no fixed time, extended working hours, highly politics, no growth, some dept are under staff, sometimes forced to work on holidays.

Pari robotics is project based company they gives training in all aspects related to the robotics salary is good traveling to this company is easy because of Highway tremendous work culture overall things to be learn normal work life this company is great to making overseas opportunity

precise not a good company they does not have a fixed salary date nd pay current month salary after two month later. I was working over there for 5 months and was completely fed up with the company policies and rules they also not gave my last month salary in which I left.
