Very Good learning curve for Entry level or freshers. Salary and other benefits are very good but see dislikes.

For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can not complaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue.

Being a individual or as a team lead everyone learns a lot and good internal team support and not from managers level. Provides job security. WFH. Insurance

...ite locations for more than a month or two months. No support at site locations. and salary hike is very less and up to 3-7% only.

Good perks like coff reimbursement, medical benifit, fixed bonus based on attendance.

On site no fixed time, extended working hours, highly politics, no growth, some dept are under staff, sometimes forced to work on holidays.

...3 years with this organisation helped me to get placed in better known company. - Timely Salary - Good for GETs - Job security is 100%, as they won't get another slave easily.

-I have been interviewed for Design Engineer position and appointment was in Detailing Department. Be aware with this !SCAM! - Detailing is creating drawings only. This is not what Engineers do! - Every Friday evening between 4-6 PM, your manager comes at you and forces you to come to work on Saturday irrespective of workplans. - Managers are dictators. Very toxic cultural. - No meetings, no exposure, no project involvements, just make drawings is your daily task. - Company uses dead softwares like Windows Live, OpenOffice, Solid Edge 2019. -No Work-life balance. -No Team building activities. -Canteen serves worst food quality which is limited and not free! - No cultural events, only HR department celebrate the festivals. - 1/2 cup of warm Tea served twice a day. No coffee machines and other choice. - You can't go outside the company for refreshment. (Same as like in Schools) - This is not MNC, please note!
