...g for leave is a crime. One Year confirmation & Notice Period is 60 to 90days. Minimal hike in salary & New joining as well very less. You will be getting blackmail as well before joining.

Salary and appraisal are on time but not fair. Good learning if you are self learner.

Dislikes

Discrimination in terms of facilities in same grade. Promotions are not fair. No tranning. Transportation facility is not available for all. Poor office infrastructure. Lack of staff. 24x7 job. Call u from home any time. People in manager and above grade have no technical expertise.

No pay cuts, however no WFH policy. They cut our half day for every WFH day.

Dislikes

Company culture is very conventional. Not open- minded. They think work from home means no work. Also they are not sensitive about problems arising out of work from home.

...very good but there management and HR and manager Marking drity that place . They are assign work like donkey and paid very less salary .

Don't like IT team head & Manager and All HR . There are making rule like a school . There are doing parcalities in between Off Roll and On Roll employee. There no value if you are off Roll employee. After complet my one year I will resign .

Salary structure is very worst because no increment in salary after 5year..salary not on time no pramotion..only officer get that job handover to our relatives not who is this company since 5years...
