...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company's management are transparent and good. Salary structure are also good. Guesthouse, food and transportation facilities provide by company. Other good benefits are provided by company as per employees performance. Technical and general safety training are provided to new employees by company.

No any problem in this company only one problem salary is very low. And management in site incharge very poor

Nothing just experience is good cause you can work with high level of wind turbine cause none else wants the job. Week off can be used as leave later (only for 3 months).

Food, residency, salary, management everything is very bad. People just wants to earn money they don't care about their employees, when you get hurt or die on windturbine they will only give 50000Rs as compensation. That's too low for a human life. No time is fix for job you work like 10 (min) to 16 hrs(sometimes couple of days on windturbine site till someone else takes place). No OT(overtime) money provided. In hand salary is 7500. (Each year if your performance is good you get 500 Rs. Increment.) 1 leave a month is given. You can't take week offs if manpower is needed. (Again no OT provided.) I'm working cause they have my documents and a signed agreement where they didn't told me about things. Don't go for 1 year contract it's a trap.
