...its. Only entry time matters to HR and management, leaving time does not matter. No overtime pay. Terrible facility - Toilets not cleaned properly for years, toilets not working half the time, vending machine has issues No travel benefits - No refunds on cabs to and from office, even during covid lockdowns Hardware - They dont even provide proper hardware like desktops or powerful laptops to do use complex software and carry out time consuming and complex work, even after asking for months Work Environment - Very stressful and too much pressure and expectation all the time. Extreme imbalance in amount of work put on one person compared to other people. One person has to do multiple roles and even other people's jobs for them. If you dont do it yourself, things will happen slowly. Abusive management, 12+ people left job in last one year due to management decisions, actions and behaviour.

It is such a nice company i worked and i got good working experiences from here and all our subordinate are very good, and my Quality supervisor are also a nice person and working environment are awesome, if we have talent or skills or interest here the one of space or stage to us, if i get another chance to work for this company im sure that is very good opportunity to me. Thank you

I were adjusted for food quality and i was a trainee at that time so the salary also should need as our designation and working skills, and there should need transportation facilitys

Good company to work but u can't stick to it because there is no growth in financial and carrer it is good for not being a free in home you can simply go and join this company you get a salary n experience certificate

...pped. Manpower fluctuations in shop floor. No proper compensation for operators. Salary structure based on levels is not fixed Difference will vary from 10% - 50%

Compensation is decent the work pressure is very high. I have work 8 hours straight in a day I have to give high production and with best quality
