1 Flowserve Quality Engineer Job

Role Summary:
As a QA Engineer, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You ll also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checks
- Manage relations with customers or third party inspectors
- Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events
- Monitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targets
- Manage customer witness inspections
- Maintain and analyze data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product quality
- Create awareness in the Leadership community regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them
- Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues techniques related to QC activities.
- Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queries
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
- Experience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
- Experience in quailty control department
- Understanding of product / process flow
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BE in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience
