I don't like only salary growth and upraisal. Feeling shy to discuss with anyone.

Respect & Comfort No one is big or small, elder or young,superior or inferior, all are employees at whatever position they are, policies are applicable for everyone,no discrimination of any type, if your bad luck that someone misbehave with you, you can raise complaint against him or her with ombuds team and your name will not revealed and you will be not retalied

... entry level or executive or at associate level. Compensation must be increased. They should have a minimum salary standard.

It is good company. I love the way of working in my process with team members that helps company to give good number of production to the client and full filled their requirements. All employees and managers are helpful and spread positive environment on floor.

Partiality, Unfair salary hike, company policies always gets modified according to management, no transparency, too much of work pressure, talent always comes after flatterer.

World class training! friendly culture, job security, management is good, Good vision to process expansion, education assistance almost in free.

Dislikes

9.5 hrs shift, salary is lesser than rival BPOs, no good appraisal in salary even after you complete 2 years.
