One thing I like about state street is my job is secured. As we see that due to COVID 19 pandamic company reduce there employees due to no profit but state street syntel will not follow that approach. They retain their all staff.

Dislikes

One thing which I don't like is company did not provide any increment or COVID 19 bonus. As we see that our other competitors company in market. They provide COVID 19 bonus to their employees due to they not able to provide increment this year good example is Assenture. As per my experience company need to work on this area. I have been part off this organization from last 3 years and I didn't not see any monetary benefit or compensation police has been introduced by company for employees benefits.

Good company for starters to gain knowledge and enhance their skill. It provides ample scope of self learning and development.

Compensation via not upto the industry standard and one of the lowest paid company

Likes

Facilities provide by company is better like home pick/drop according to shifts and also centralised pick/drop. Allowance for Quarterly party, rewards and recognition. Good for fresher for learning and developing themselves and improve there skills. Company has good reputation in ITES and KPO industry.

Dislikes

Pathetic Management, low pay scale and low appraisals too, politics, no importance given to employee by managers.

Likes

Helping Hands in reach projects. Teammates are good and always ready to help. Work satisfaction and environment is good. Freshers will learn lot of things and gain knowledge as there are so many finance process. Interaction with clients and Opportunity to go oversight.

Dislikes

Salary is not up to the mark as per the Market. Drop facilities are worst.Organisation should start giving lockers for mobiles so that employee can use it whenever they want.
