Work culture, didn’t like anything much but it is just a brand but the non technical side is so worse for experienced people because there is hardly any growth or benefits or increase in your pay check. Only good for freshers. Only one benefit is that you have a health insurance of 1 lakh that’s about it.

... bad work culture, team leads can sue your growth if you don’t listen to them. Out of all these very bad pay scale for a person who works in non technical background. There is only one way cab. No benefits, no bonuses, no hike, I mean there is hike like a tortoise for example 500/per year, and no I am not joking.

You do have a sense of job security at this firm

There is absolutely no work-life balance and no dignity of labor. They really exploit their employees and pay them the bare minimum. You have to work on every other weekend and you get compensatory off for it but then they rarely let you take those leaves and offs and in the end the leaves expire.

Wipro really makes sure Job security and payment of salary on time. The company will always make sure that the promised salary is always met.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.
