After 45 days on bench you won't get any salary. Any account can tag you if you are on bench for indefinite period, without taking interview or without declaring result or with provide you billing , even if it cost you , your salary or the variable pay. Notice period is 3 months but they will release you in 3 days if you are on bench or 45 days if you are on project , but this cost to hard to switch.. Never received the 100% variable pay. No clear rules on promotion and and hike . Received 1 hike in 4 years.

1. Less salary (for fresher it’s 1.7LPA - monthly 13k - associate - content moderation) 2. Less hike 3. If you complete one year with hike your salary is 2LPA 4. Main thing there is no national holidays or no festival holidays. Forget totally about holidays I will suggest you to do not work here until you are in bad situation or you want experience. Even outside our office chai wala earning more money than me and without any degree

I met a lot of good people. My seniors were great and provided me with adequate amounts of knowledge and hands-on in order for me to give my best.

The salary was already pathetic to start with. To add on that the appraisal provided and the growth path in Wipro is bad for a fresher.

Let me break the ice for you. I worked in Kolkata Wipro for 3 years in MDPS. Immense presure, Job role partiality to whom can go under oiling bosses, unfair shift bonus and shift allocation, pressure to do OT, Rude behaviour, Poor appraisal salary hike and many more. Think before joining Wipro. Best of luck!
