Since company origin is USA, India higher level management is working as per USA team decision only hence job security is less

HR and Other Management team is very Good.

Dislikes

The FAST Accounting team managers and directors are not so good, there is no freedom for our ideas. Decision making is monopoly we are not involved anywhere. They listen to your ideas/question/demands but they will do what they want only.

Growth - saturation point in learning and growth comes quickly. Overall financial policies are not that employee friendly, tax saving options are very limited.

Small Company with narrow mindset Audit Director bypass interview process. You will not learn everything. They want to become like Deloitte because Audit Director has worked over there. Works are not organized properly. too much micro management by incompentent Assistant manager.
