Most of the time the project time estimation will be not sufficient. They will ask you to complete the project with less time and good quality which puts lot of pressure on employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Support from company is also excellent during this pandemic.

Nothing special, just another tech company

Dislikes

No work-life balance, to get promotion or even be considered for promotion work 16hrs, hire and fire culture. Dont be fooled by people first and all crap. It's just another IT company which will make you work as long as the client wants. For extra work will be rewarded with peanuts. Corporate politics is an actual thing.

The team is excellent and helping and very welcoming in nature though there are politics brewing in the higher management

Dislikes

The way I got treated on work basis is a purely use and throw. They took me up for a project and wanted me to join immediately and when I worked to my full potential and gave them 100 percent still they didn't stand by me and supported the client which Is actually unfair as for any people's organisation that they promised it to be.
