There is not good people to support you mentor you. When you go there they are asking you for Bank Gurrenty means you have to Pay BG amount at the time of joining. There management not care about you rather you have any emergency. They only need work.

No other benefit, Health Insurance is very less, salary structure is very less. Too Much workload, Three Month Notice Period, Very less increment, After resign they will not give you leave encashment and performance bonus.

After resignation 1st month salary on hold will release after 60 days competition of notice period , notice period 3 months, No other benefits. after resign - leave encashment and bonus will not receive.
