There is no employee insurance policy and there is no hike in salary and the basic salary for tester and all employees are very low and there is no work satisfaction.

Dislikes

I have 1.5 year of experience in this company. I suggest you don't join this company. I worked here day and night one year. No schedule for office. After this when I want to leave this job they told me you didn't worked here good so we will not give you experience letter. They spoiled my career.

Company have given you opportunity to grow from support team to development team and you didn't demonstrate a single development skills which you committed to the company. Hence company can't give you any false certificate about development. I was there during that period.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
