TOXIC WORKPLACE : 1. Salaries are delayed for months and no salary is provided during the notice period just excuses about financial struggles, many employees have not been paid for 5+ months, causing extreme financial and emotional stress 2. Freshers suffer the most, working 12-24 hours daily with no respect or support, Many cry due to stress and frustration 3. The systems are outdated, and employees have to use personal laptops without any allowance, Recently, CPUs exploded, risking employee safety. 4. Leadership is toxic, using offensive language and showing no concern for employee well-being. 5 . Zero growth opportunities- outdated technology and no proper skill development. 6. No IT Standards—Projects can be easily hacked and accessed by anyone, posing serious data security risks. 7 . Zero growth opportunities - Outdated technology and no proper skill development Advice: Stay away if you value your career, mental health, and personal life, and avoid this company at all costs. Many former employees, including me, are struggling to switch jobs due to the lack of meaningful experience gained here.

This company should be blacklisted. A company with zero benefits and dirty politics, with pathetic culture, work life balance, very less salary.increament is in hand of someone who is very childish, never have even knowledge of taking ownership. It's better to do bpo jobs then software jobs in Winit.

Dislikes

... heavy workload in the office. They don't even turn on the lights while working. They don't pay the salary on time, and sometimes they skip it altogether. It's not even clear whether the salary will be paid or not.

The start was good and promising, later everything went dow hill pretty fast.

Dislikes

No communication, delay or no payment of salary for a stretch of 2-3 months at a time. They ask you and take full commitment from your end, but do not complete any promising made by there side.
