Talking particularly about the TWLC in Noida, you get hands-on experience dealing with kids suffering from developmental disorders, something that's rare for psychology internships in India. Although, the learnings are more inclined towards special education and less towards counselling.

That not only is the internship unpaid, but also the owner charges Rs. 5000 per intern. So you are basically paying this heavy sum to do work that is not even related to Psychology. It's best though if you are are planning to be special educator.
