Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like about it it's a fraud company

Wings creation is a fraud company they hire faculties and don't pay them salaries , I have worked at this firm its been six month now still I have not received my salary if we try to call them they won't answer your call and if you want to know more about this company type (zica Dhoka in Koramangala) in YouTube . Guys beware of this fraud company , never to work with this company.
