Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Missing products traning, work culture is nice, compensation is average and good not very good, demandable products are not available as mkt demand. Overall is good

There is no job security in this, even if your health is bad, you still have to work, otherwise you can be fired.

Dislikes

Doesn't pay attention to its staff, the salary is not that good and the extras don't get missed

They dont have staff yhey make us work like all department and also payment not done...my salry still they didn't give..its been 6 months. They loot the customers also...not giving their deposit refund .and pressure emplorlyees not to recive calls of customer
