They are not as open as they ideally want to be, especially to ideas from employees that sre from non-branded college. But that's understandable, no one can be perfect. All together the benefits and exposure that anyone would get at Wingify would far outweigh any teething troubles that you have in an aggressive young growing organization. In a nutshell, I loved working there and it's a highly recommended company to work for
