Specially nihal sir is good he is assistant manager but tl is not good he always try to poke .and hr team behaviour is also not good specially diksha Singh she is too arrogent.

unprofessional professional culture ,Technician staff not trained or not trained by company they just pick someone who work there for under 12k at any filed they work in past .. appraisal not done in slab or % just increase 200-300rs in year in all level Manager to Technician

No security of job, no policy in company.. this is just a chain of bogus people who holds top positions in the company.

Everything is worse, Top management is corrupt. No management ethics.. it's like proprietorship firm. Worse place to work

Company Culture is horrible. Daily sales pressure is such that person working will never have peace of mind to perform. Though the concept of quick windshield replacement is something very unique, but the culture and sales pressure is terrible. The day sales is nil consider it's a terrible day.
