Senior acts like they are owner of the company 6. Every single is fake 7. Trust no one, even one who will smile on your face will fire from back

Only the shift timing as it was in a day.

No training module for new joinee. Feel like college and professional life. One you learn during training, on the job there are completely different scenarios. No help from management. You need to be ready to sacrifice yourself even though you are new to product or process in front of client for any kind of decision making discussion. People who are older in the system for more than 5 years, they rule the organization. You are expected to work with 100% efficiency even though you do not product or process. If you ask question, you need to find the answer yourself without having any source of knowledge.

So, I get chance of having interview there are total 3 rounds Psychometric Test(30mins) Aptitude Test (45mins) Technical Test (01 hr)(.net or java) after they are going to give us result that all.
