Management is terrific, no job security, no proper job, no other work than billing, payment and what MD personal work. Work time 9:30 - 7:00 or late. Manager is chatukaar, workplace is noisy and headache.

Nothing as such as I can mention here.

Dislikes

Worked only for 9 months after which they terminated my services abruptly in Sep.2020. They have aspirations to achieve big dreams but don't have patience and zeal to accomplish them. The management is an autocratic who doesn't want people with difference of opinion. There has been literally no growth for many employees from many years. Culture is so toxic that people don't trust management to share their views.
