Having low salary not having holiday senior force to do work on Sunday even there is no proper planning for work some worst company ever

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The work pressure is to much & Career growth is very slow

...tress. You'll have flexible time to work but you have to work minimum 7-8 hours. Just do not expect salary increments, accept whatever they give you.

Increment policy, below the post of managers (middle and lower level employees) HR Department needs to work on Employee growth and skill development as well as their financial increment. No amenities for employees.

...willing to grow however it doesn't reflect in decision taken by management team. Salary is always on time.

Hire and fire work policy. 6 days full time working, come and work like a robot and go home, remuneration is not par.
