This company is good in culture only.

Dislikes

... and growth is terrible. Work pressure is very hight like 18-20 hours sometimes. And salary is too low. Like a labour you are,U never feel like a employee. Rooms and food for employees poorest.

...don't need any knowledge to work in this company.please don't join this company.they don't give salary even you work.They keep one month salary of mine. Please don't give any original certificate at the time of joining. There is no holiday in Sunday also.you have wake up at 4 am to go for work and return time 7-9pm.overall time per day is about 12-15 hours for work.

... And something learn about the WTG. we are worked in good environment condition. In wind care only problem is salary was credit so late. Otherwise the company was good. They create a opportunity to join the various wind field company like Suzlon, GE,Enercon, etc....
