The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Good atmosphere and phenomenal product quality.

Dislikes

.... Employees are overworked, retained at office for more than 12 hours sometimes. Deduction of salary is their way to go to address any problem, you come in 5 mins late, double your daily salary gets deducted, you make a small mistake and you are marked absent for 3 days. You are suspended for 10 days if you don't stay back at office after office hours to finish off extra work. Verbal abuse, micro-management and commenting on employees' dignity are their favorite task.

Can't learn new things, no salary increment unless yu inform the company that yu are leaving it (that too if yu r good enough in yur boss's eyes, which is rare), yur development is not Dependant on yur work quality bt on work quantity. And many more problems I had faced here...

Literally shit place to work

Dislikes

1. No payment in time. 2. No written declaration on anything. 3. No work culture. 4. No job allocation. You still might have to collect tea for everyone while being technical manager.
