Good atmosphere and phenomenal product quality.

Lots of grey areas once you start working. They will not provide any training, will expect you to bring in business from day one without proper training and orientation. Unprofessional and unorganized way of treating employees. No scope for employee motivation, however they will spend hours in grilling you when deadlines are not met. Employees are overworked, retained at office for more than 12 hours sometimes<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Deduction of salary is their way to go to address any problem, you come in 5 mins late, double your daily salary gets deducted, you make a small mistake and you are marked absent for 3 days</mark>. You are suspended for 10 days if you don't stay back at office after office hours to finish off extra work.
