There is nothing good here... company culture is very toxic and senior are not supportive.. specially hr team is very worst there..hr team is very unprofessional like that uneducated and they don't have common sense how to talk to other...I humbly request to professional plz don't join this company..

I have nice experience as an Internship Trainee. As a fresher lot of things to learn. Along with fabrication line company is having dedicated heat treatment shop, forging shop, paint shop.

As an Internahip trainee I did not face any problem. As per my opinion, payscale is low.

i dislike that in our company Growth is very slow, training program is a falk & only on paper, top management not full fill there committment.

windals is my first company i started working.firstly i have learned patience & how to get work from our junior level labors.windals have built my confidence & courage.l have got more chance to learn about the machines.

particuluar system is needed. One machine operator should learn all machines in our company which we have with in 2 years .so that there will not be any depedent on single peson.it will help company & person also.
