Wind world India limited provide lots of facilities which include food,travel allowance, medical insurance etc.For freshers this company help alot for career growth.

Salary and annual increament process is very poor. But those have experience in wind sector, company give them very good package.

No salary increament, no others benifits only 12000 thousand salary on hand how can survive, No divali bonous, Company does not pay overtime.Canteen lunch is very poor.

Waste company ever.full of politics.no job security.. salary not coming in time to time it comes like 25%in 4stage.i work 7years .first 2/3years no issue after 2014 company not able to given salary ..such waste management ever..my opinion is don't waste ur time try different company.

...es but these are helpful each person.good communication every ground level team.upper management is very bad behavior for ground level worker and staff team no facility no time to time paying his salary.bad politics ,no appraisal, no incriment ,no medical insurance.good atmosphere ground level teammates.
