Nothing, the management just want to squeeze employees to get the job done. Being the first backend developer of the company, the management told that many benefits and a good appraisal will be provided but at the time of appraisal they said that they just can't. What I like about the company is that the management gets manipulated easily as many of the employees did to blame others for not getting the work done. The superiority of management is unchallenged and their behaviour towards employees are justified. Best place to ruin your career and to create a hatred for IT companies.

Dislikes

Even after my resignation they won't give me my FnF salary and exit letter as my notice period was 75 days on paper which made be hesitant but the management said that the notice period is negotiable at the time of signing. Many employees left due to such reasons and will leave in the future due to divinity of the management.

During COVID-19 lockdown we are asked to work from home with company's laptop, that's good but it is for their business only. Coming to the salaries, we would get on time before lockdown but after lockdown, we just received March month's salary yet, now it is June. Rest you can imagine.

Little bit politics, however its everywhere. We just can't ignore it. I mind my own business and focus on my work. For yearly hike I am little bit disappointed.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
