...me. Top management removes money from business to fulfill other requirements. Salaries don't get paid on time, but the CEO, CFO and VP can continue to travel business class only and stay in 5 star hotels. Minimum delay of 25 days to 55 days salaries delayed.

Delayed salaries Expenses delayed , at times... Not paid, pathetic experience, Doesn't feel timely returns, Doesn't provide employees form 16 A, etc Ditches channel partners Resource not enough to support projects on ground. Hence always delays in delivery. Ditches released employees on full and final settlement Clients at mercy of company. Company doesn't miss a chance to cheat on employees and even clients

Give good hike to people who are working for 1 person of management. Learning is good due to too much work.

...ages used by management Too much night out Pressurise to work on weekend also. Salary issue, pending for 4-5 months No new learning.

No salary even if you work 24 hr. Zero 0 facilities. even tea also not available. they not even pay water bills timely due to this reason some time you have to wait for drinking water also.

There is nothing to like in this company , all cheap people is at top position including CEO and DIRECTOR.

Dislikes

They will give work pressure to come on Saturday and Sunday with multiple night out in a week. No facility , hire in less package compare than security job. They will abuse employee on work progress, they can fire within a minute. They used to rough language , till the death they want to use employee. VP is person who will use rough language and abuse about unnecessary work progress. He don't know anything apart from shouting. Worst environment.
