On time salary.

Dislikes

Worst HR, and management listed to her. On personal grudge hr use to report to management about employees. And worst management, they don't know how to run the organisation. No healthy culture just put pressure on employees. And make them to suffer and run. Another co-founder is lady, but she doesn't have any concern for other female employees and use to ask them go to factory which is in bommosandr without any rembersment.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
