Lots of dislikes ! First of all they will follow hire and fire model . They will hire a designer and have probation period of 3 month. Within the probation period they will fire the employee and the cycle follows . No growth in that company . I have to say about the CEO , who will be micromanaging all the time, we can't peacefully go for restroom or break , constantly monitoring through cctv. The work timings was 9.30 to 6.30 . But He will assign the task at 6.20 and say us to complete before we leave. If you are leaving at 6.30 you will loose your respect and ill treated .Worst back biting environment. If you are a fresher thinking of joining here , this environment sucks. CEO calls himself as cool boss but he is not at all cool. Worst worst worst motivation and no learning !

Probably one of the worst company I have ever worked with. Way too much strict with the timings and zero focus on output. There is no support from the management neither professionally nor personally. The leave policy is way too bad and there is zero work life balance.
