Because here fresher get more salary than 3 years experienced employee of company,just reference candidate more salary than other common candidate.If you get some reference from here then u get more salary other wise give as much as possible low salary.I got that experience during my joining in company.Also they take illegal bond from u ,only for IDEC employee.

They don't even bother to change the same. happy in doing so..... Neither having clear vision nor taking any further steps to improve current working condition.... Very poor attitude... If that remains the same no one specially youngsters will leave the company after particular time.
