Lot of politics and discrimination between Indian and South East Asians employees. No good support. No horizontal administration and vertical system in Wilmar. Means all powers with GM and above

Toxic culture and high job insecurity Responsibility keeps changing and as a MNC still they are very far, decision making is unilateral & not organized which gives room to so many double standards

wilmar international plantations is fully professionally managed company and following SOP and Policies hundred percent. Full secured job and very healthy atmosphere among all colleagues. Employees from Different countries working together friendly. It is a company where can do job happily.

Dislikes

Toxic culture which explains the high turnover. Lacks processes and decision making. No clear strategic direction and very knee jerk decisions. Highly frustrating space for high performers.
