Salary comes on time, New comers are appreciated however the time passes and one becomes old employee value, appreciation everything decreases.

...ting KPI for even single month..KPI criterion are getting stringent day by day . management should be more employee oriented and should not think of cost cutting always.

The job is completely secured over here. You also get to interact directly with uk clients.

There is no bonus facility also the increment % is very less. Further you have way to much of work pressure in busy schedule

There is a job security as no process is third party. 5 days working is a good thing. Due to pandemic WFH option was well utilized. Open culture wherein you can reach out to management.

...much and it takes people 6-7 years just to move from one designation to another. Bonus is limited and is given to only few people from above level. Appraisal is horrible.. maximum appraisal post meeting all KPI is 9% Error criteria is too much and you will be marked error for silly stuffs which has no impact to the process. Due to this error quotient people are unable to meet their KPI’s and then your appraisal gets affected

Managers are partial and a lot of dirty politics and tactics. who are good in core activities they will be loaded with those tasks and no growth opportunities also salary is decent but career growth is slow n very extensive and a lot of unnecessary changes for the benefit of managers which give loads and loads of hard time to subordinates
