...ompany. Appraisal are of no use and you will hardly get anything in appraisal. Now they have adopted new policy to hire fresh graduate in less salary and remove the experience employees for cost cutting. This company has no future and I am sure it will shut down in future. Employees are not at all happy and they are leaving job and going to Marsh and McLennan. Work load is so much that you always need to stretch and Managers don't give OT if you stretch and you will become their enemy if you ask for OT. There was a incident 4 years back when an employee Yogesh Yadav tried to commit suicide in office however later no compain was raised against company and the employee also got terminated and Willis distroyed his future. In short this place is hell and post Nikhil Philip leaving this company it has become the worse place to work. If there would have been any award for worse place to work than this company would have won all the award.

Willis has very good name in market. They provide proper traing to new joinees. Even they pay best salary as compared to market.

Dislikes

Management is more in profit making business. They doesn't care about old loyal employees. Please don't spend more than 5 years in Willis.

Too much office politics, manager's spoons are given promotions. Too much time tracking and managing humans like robots.

Company is good. Salary is on time. Leaves are good. Hybrid model is good.

Promotion sucks, no promotion even after spending 8 years in company. Management sucks. No appreciation. No motivation. Only show off that company is amazing work culture is amazing. But in reality it is worst. Internal politics.
