The shift is flexible. Compensation is good but promotions are very rare.

Dislikes

The leave policy is stringent ..leaves are blocked in every first and last week of each month. Leaves can be taken in these weeks only if there is very urgent or emergency need, and needs a written app approval before applying.

...ime is also very comfortable 9:30 to 6:30 and fixed Saturday and Sunday are off. No additional hours they ask to you and incase they ask they would pay double of your salary. They also provide pick up and drop to the home and food facilities are also available.Go for it you will have wonderful experience.

Late promotion and Appraisal.

Salary comes on time, New comers are appreciated however the time passes and one becomes old employee value, appreciation everything decreases.

Hierarchy is horrible. Old employees not retained and valued

Hybrid work model is advantage where you will have to work 1 week in month

...ompany. Appraisal are of no use and you will hardly get anything in appraisal. Now they have adopted new policy to hire fresh graduate in less salary and remove the experience employees for cost cutting. This company has no future and I am sure it will shut down in future. Employees are not at all happy and they are leaving job and going to Marsh and McLennan. Work load is so much that you always need to stretch and Managers don't give OT if you stretch and you will become their enemy if you ask for OT. There was a incident 4 years back when an employee Yogesh Yadav tried to commit suicide in office however later no compain was raised against company and the employee also got terminated and Willis distroyed his future. In short this place is hell and post Nikhil Philip leaving this company it has become the worse place to work. If there would have been any award for worse place to work than this company would have won all the award.

Overall best place to get retirement if you are getting timlely growth and appreciation.

...ting KPI for even single month..KPI criterion are getting stringent day by day . management should be more employee oriented and should not think of cost cutting always.
