...Even the on shore counterparts believe in work life balance and act accordingly. The second attraction for me is the yearly salary hike which is better than most of the competitors.

Need more employee engagement activities. Permanent work from home employees are left out from all the engagement activities.

Work culture is good but can be improved in many aspects. Pay can be matched with the designation rather than the previous pay slip.

Pay scale can me matched with the designation rather than your last pay slip. would need some initiative to avoid the post pandemic disconnect

...ge by yourselves .you would get initial training but as you go you would learn .pay scale is also pretty decent . You have to look for oppertunity and grab it by yourselves . If you are on a non capitive projects , the brighter you shine , higher you will step up the ladder. The process is defined, you would be fed with all the knowledge . The timings are strict and the pay scale is also pretty good . You would have great enviornment around and would have a planned approach . So its like 'will teach you everything' kind of experience. But if you are able to bring up ideas ,you will be recognized pretty well. In a nut shell , its a great company ,good work lige balance , moderate payscale , no or zero L&D. If you want to settle down on one company This is is the place .

Dislikes

No learning and development ,but you have to learn by your own .compensation is decent but employee perks are less . Facilities are not great.
