There is a lot to mention about dislikes. There is no value of employee, no work culture, salary not on time, worst managers and extreme unnecessay pressure

Likes

Very unprofessional without any top management taking care of the company.

Dislikes

There was no management level employee to take care of staff welfare, grievance redressal, office management, etc. I was expected to take care of the whole company within 2 months of joining. I might be good at work but it is impossible for a 2 months old employee to take care of whole company and held responsible for any mismanagement. There was no support and the office location was changed without proper consultation and adjustment time for the employees.

Likes

Working environment is good. Supportive seniors at official as well as personal level. Good company to start for your career in recruitment as they train you right from recruitment to client relation. Appraisal policy is also good. They value the skills of individual and give time to time opportunity to show you skills. Give proper importance to your suggestions.

Dislikes

I don't find any reason to dislike, my tenure in the company was more than 2 yrs.
