No job security—-Fires employees without being even going in to root cause analysis. Management is failed to stand for their employees . No fresh thoughts and ways of workings are welcome.

It all depends team to team, environment & culture as well as work life balance all depends on teams leaders mangers so we can't set an example for whole company working culture by working in single team I have worked in multiple teams so I have quoted rating considering my whole experience

Good environment, lot more to learn and must say an absolute fantastic place where you learn things that no one teachs you other than connor.

Super pushy they are and need things absoute correct without mistakes.
