Salary hike is very less. They fire people without even informing. In the starting you will feel like this is the best company to work with and suddenly they will fire you without informing and lock your laptop .

Previously it was good but after a while the environment became toxic.. So nothing is about this company as of now apart from good pay

Dislikes

The management specially MR Laxman good for thing., no support from him at well, a coward, as soon as he gets any escalation message for any employee, instead of helping that employee he forwards that to senior management and pulls himself out of that scenario. And Anubhav the toxic team lead and would be manager asks his team to downloD outlook on phone and even asks his team mates to work on holidays and weekends. He keeps himself away all the time but after working hours he expects the other members to work, even asks his team mates to complete his work and management also supports him blindly

Good for learning, even at an experienced level. Payment is on time.

...erform well. 2. No job security, even if you are adding value to the company. 3. Salary is not balanced with your workload. 4. No promotion and no growth 5. Workload is extremely high

The salary and related benefits are the only good thing here.

Dislikes

The people working here lack professionalism. No proper hierarchy is followed and you’ll get the benefits if you’re manager’s favorite. Not seen more than two people here who can converse well in english.

I found this co. good in terms of working but the management is not good in utilizing resource and work allocation.

Dislikes

I disliked the management decisons about employee benefit. They dont provide what the person deserves. Completely biased and unethical behaviour I have found over here.
