Work culture is terrible, you can only climb up the ladder if your are good at sucking up your manager's tantrums. The job roles are not at all defined, and if you stand up against it, forget about appraisal. If you go to HR for something, they bluntly tell you to suck it up or you'll be in the bad books of your manager and the management.

No salary. Even after giving your best. Same answers like this is our standard policy. Management decisions. Appreciation plans only on paper. And politics in that also

Company is hiring senior management who don't have knowledge of industry segment. This is instrument company,but Management consider it as FMCG organisation. Very bad in customer support.
