No job security, no work ethics, no respect for colleagues esp senior management, politics is more here than actual work. Very unprofessional environment esp senior management, do what they feel like, make people do what they feel like. It's a bad environment for one's mental health.

Toxic work culture, More focus on investors and pomp & show than actual work. numerous meetings in a day to tell us why work isn't done. They can sack you without notice, warning. Also the company is going to go bankrupt because the owners probably keep all the money earned for themselves, bad financial & vendor management. Vendors haven't been paid in years, money hasn't been collected in years and the finance team puts the load on regular employees to collect money and manage vendor better. Its a big facade behind a pet loving company there is a poorly managed company which is soon going down the drain. BTW irony is the company is full of animal haters.

Owners Anushka Iyer and her parents (Savvy Raj) are pro fraudsters, not just this company but in past and current the have been doing that as a pattern taking money from investors and in 5-6 years shut down the company by showing loss to investors and using that money for personal use. Regarding wiggles, initial days were good but when the time came they told everyone to leave indirectly by stupid reasons, got shut down newly made pets hospital known as MyVet in pune due carelessness by killing dogs during treatment, sold their Petsville to another company Puchkoo. This company ruined many people mental health forced them to take harsh steps even like suicide and depression. They are getting there KARMA.
