I work in whsmith last 10 years but I haven't any negative feedback back because company give me Lot of experience but one thing is there is no job secure in last 1 year..

Who wants to start their career in the retail industry, it's a best place for fresher. You get a better experience of management, teamwork, expensive, services and many more.

Sometimes, I have to word 12-13 hours straight in a day and with a rotational shift, it quite difficult to manage your daily routine. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher.

I worked here 6 yrs all were goood when it was startd but aftr 2 015 whn new HR dprtmnt and new staff came then company repo n status was vry poor. I learned many things from here . Due to some reason i resigned from here and most important thing some seniors are reslnsbl fr dis. Nywys i knw its a frmlty frm ur side No meaning for dis feedback mail. Thanks
