They block employee who approach them for F&F and they even don't reply to legal notices. Few legal cases and labour cases are pending against this company. Red alert! for investors: stay away from investing in this company. If they can't pay employee dues, imagine the potential impact on your investment. High alert for employee seeking employment here. ;They withhold F&F sabotage future employment and demand signing a career ending release agreement as your relieving letter, the terms and conditions are so stringent that no employer would hire you

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
