Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...pany lacks a long term business plan and sustainable source of revenue sources They struggle to pay employee salaries and travel expenses, so you are expected to invest your own funds to travel for business purposes and business related expenses and your dues never get clear. They block employee who approach them for F&F and they even don't reply to legal notices. Few legal cases and labour cases are pending against this company. Red alert! for investors: stay away from investing in this company. If they can't pay employee dues, imagine the potential impact on your investment. High alert for employee seeking employment here. ;They withhold F&F sabotage future employment and demand signing a career ending release agreement as your relieving letter, the terms and conditions are so stringent that no employer would hire you
