Everything worst here. Man management, timing, salary deduction without cause, behaviour, HR, owner using slang language, no PF, no Mediclaim, full of politics also no safety for women etc etc & nothing to good here. So recommend not waste your valuable time to applying there.

Work from home is available based on emergency situations or personal team to team managers. KT provided by peers and encourage to learn end to end requirements of team.

Poor salary, very low below standard appraisal as per market. Biasness and income inequality between same peers of same team performing same task or position

.... Teammates are very supportive and manger also good knowledge and professional. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

they fired without any reasons and without any notice period jualst heard owner always old staff ...never trust on this company ...just horrible

The company has one rule that the owner is always right and his ideas are always correct. If people stand upto that than you are in bad books of the owner. People here have to show off their work to impress and people who actually work and not even cared for.

Dislikes

Teammates are fine...upper management is also under the owner, they do not make any decisions. The final say is always the owner other opinions do not matter.
